Windsurfing in Connecticut

Are there any windsurfers in Connecticut? I'm planning to test my new gear in Milford. Are there any windsurfers designated areas?

There are a few windsurfers in connecticut. I'm not sure of any designated windsurfing locations but there is a lot of kite boarding done in the Silver Sands/Myrtle beach area of Milford. I see you question was posted in 2006. I hope you had a chance to try out your new gear in the last two years.
