Wind Junkie is kinda off base. What happens when a junkie can't get their fix? Not a very pretty picture. I like to think of us as volunteer firemen. When there is a fire, you just have too drop everything and go. Really helps your SO to know this is something you're comitted to. Just like the fire, when there is wind you just have to go. So I guess that makes us volunteer windmen( or politically correct, windpeople).
